Report page button. Drop down: Dangerous, spam, not right search result, bad, good.

Eliminates wrong pages, demotes bad pages and promotes good pages, in search results, when enough separate people report vote on it.

If Firefox was a search provider, this curation task would be awesome. They are not directly responsible for your search results, and no search provider would let users with a third party tool promote or demote search results by any criteria. Best anyone could hope fore would be an option to flag sites that are not good matches so their admin team could ignore them.
