Many of the error pages—e.g. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR—are suggesting to "inform the website owners" about the problem.
As website owners we spend a fair amount of time and resources responding to mostly unnecessary errors reports, or on investigating errors that were only temporary and can't be reproduced anymore.
IMHO the actual Phrase provokes unneccessary error reports:
> Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
Suggested change, implicitly asking the user to cooperate:
> If the problem persists, please contact the website owners to inform them of the issue.
(I hope this is the right place for wording suggestions. If not, I'd appreciate a hint into the right direction.)
