Remove the scan button on the mobile app from where it is and place it somewhere else

The mobile browser is mostly fine, but one major thing lets it down. When you open a new tab, WHY does the scan button have to replace the menu button on the top right? It makes no sense and is AWFUL design that just gets in the way. I don't want to scan, I never want to scan, I just want to open the menu, so stop griefing me and let me get to where I want to. This must be fixed.

I have also never used the QR code reader. The only times I've accessed it is when I accidentally touch it when wanting to access the 3 dot menu. The menu is more useful than the scanner.
