Remove space next to quotes in user voices on German homepage

My apologies if feedback re. the homepage should go to a different place.

The German translation of the homepage has space next to the double quotes around user voices/appraisals. These are wrong and should be removed.

I tried to find this on Pontoon but did not succeed. The appraisals can be found but do not contain the offending spaces.
