Remove "Drag from top & press back to exit" notification from fullscreen videos

I've watched fullscreen videos lots of times and I don't need to be reminded on how to exit fullscreen videos every single time! Please disable this.

It blocks the video for a few seconds but it is really noticeable and annoying if you watch many short videos consecutively.
