Remettre les lignes dans l'affichage conversation / Put the lines back in the conversation view

Remettre les lignes reliant les mails à leur mail "parent" lors de l'affichage en vue "conversation".

Visuellement, c'est plus efficace pour s'y retrouver parmi tous les mails.
