Profile Manager: Set custom avatar icons and custom profile backgrounds

In Nightly we have a new Profile Manager,

The profile colors are determined by the "theme" color, which I think is great for the default functionality. I like my theme to be dark mode so all my profiles will be "black/dark" as the profile background, but I would like to see the ability to customize it with my own background image and also my own profile avatar.

Example scenario: Setting a work profile, I would be able to set the avatar to the companies logo and the profile background would be set to a banner.

Love it - great idea. I've just switched back to Firefox from Edge and this is a feature I miss.
