Recover Deleted Files

As I age, I find myself making a lot of mistakes and one that is really hard to recover from is when the finger slips and I delete a download file, instead of removing it from the list.  I wish the delete function would either send them to the recycle bin, or an option to undo that error existed.

As far as I've found, there is no alternative and when you download a 90GB file (Xilinx Vivado installer) and your finger slips, it's quite upsetting.  I live in a world of download quota, so when you lose half of it in one mistake; it's a big deal.
