Recent folder destinations list limited to folders newer than 31 days

Some recent (and upcoming changes) to the "Recent Destinations" list allowed the size of this list to be changed from the formerly hard coded size of 25 (iirc). With that change the sort sequence of that list was changed from alphabetical to most recently used. Users with a long list (eg I have 55) had trouble locating the recent folder, so an upcoming change in version 150 has add options in the General setting to chose between alphabetic and MRU as well as updating the list size via GUI, rather than just config variable.

I think the GUI (and config variable) should be additionally update to allow the user to chose their definition of "recent" from the hard coded 31 (days) to a chosen value.

I set mine (by updating a local copy of folder utils) to a higher value, since I have "recent" items that I update on a 2 or 3 month cycle and, with a large list of target folders, having "recent" folders that are more than 31 days old makes things MUCH easier.

So, how about an option to set this value of 31 easily to a different value?
