read unread button should be more contrasted, especially in the active row

thunderbird 102.3.0 (64-bit) on Macbook

the state of the read / unread button is hardly recognisable especially in the active blue line, when the green turns into white/grey.

IMO it should not only change color (now greenish and grey) but also shape to be better recognised in difficult light conditions and for visually impaired people.
