Re-enable direct editing of url while bookmarking.

I have no idea who thought of removing it, but when you bookmark an active url, you now only have the option to change the name, location and (the quite irrelevant) tags. There is, however, no (apparent) possibility to edit the url in the same pop-up anymore. You have to save the bookmark, then open and edit afterwards #obviousrantforobviousflaws
