Ram memory allocation made easier

Can you add a section to the basic settings (not the config: section) that shows the amount of RAM used and the possibility of increasing it.
Because it seems strange that when browsing Windows uses 4-6gb, the browser 1gb and there is another 44gb of memory waiting as an empty cache.
It would also be nice if in the same settings section you could increase the processor usage.

This idea came from the fact that all Google's answers are from a time when 16gb RAM was more the exception than the rule and if you don't have a deep understanding of the browser's functions, it is impossible to increase memory, and partly because Google translate works sluggishly when writing such long texts like this.
