So I do not wish for you to edit or change your current browser or browsers; I WANT FOR YOU TO DESIGN AND BUILD AN ENTIRELY NEW BROWSER.

"THE REAL STUDY BROWSER FOR STUDENTS"

What the browser "THE REAL STUDY BROWSER FOR STUDENTS", should do:

1.) If a website is NOT NAVIGATABLE; STRIKE-IT!
Never ever never ever never allow the browser to visit that website ever again. STRIKE-IT!
In other words, too many popup advertisements, or advertising changing your reading position so darned often that it is not bearable.

2.) If a website is NOT ABLE TO BE READ TOP TO BOTTOM BY YOUR TEXT TO SPEACH READER; STRIKE-IT!
Never ever never ever never allow the browser to visit that website ever again. STRIKE-IT!

3.) if a website LIES TO YOU; STRIKE-IT!
Never ever never ever never allow the browser to visit that website ever again. STRIKE-IT!

4.) if a website PUBLISHES PROPAGANDA; STRIKE-IT!
Never ever never ever never allow the browser to visit that website ever again. STRIKE-IT!

5.) if a website IS PUBLISHING MARXIST IDEOLOGY; STRIKE-IT!
Never ever never ever never allow the browser to visit that website ever again. STRIKE-IT!

6.) if a website IS ANTI WHATEVER YOU ARE; STRIKE-IT!
Never ever never ever never allow the browser to visit that website ever again. STRIKE-IT!

7.) Each user of "THE REAL STUDY BROWSER FOR STUDENTS" is allowed to choose between (personal STRIKE IT!), and (group STRIKE IT!).
There will be many groups to choose from (Your college.), (All colleges in your nation), (Your entire state.), (Your entire nation.), (All English-speaking nations combined.), (),.

The overall goal of "THE REAL STUDY BROWSER FOR STUDENTS", is to block out and to ignore websites that display these behaviors that our browser users choose to ignore.

When a student performs a search and attempts to open a website that is on the STRIKE-IT! list; There will be a blocker page that says why.
The student can select "visit the website anyway".

We will begin with these few behaviors.
We will add behaviors over time as they get suggested and evaluated.

"THE REAL STUDY BROWSER FOR STUDENTS" shall save our users a large amount of study time.

And then we will see just how much of the internet is left
to be visited by users of "THE REAL STUDY BROWSER FOR STUDENTS".

Thanks @FelixOne! What would you say the ultimate goal of this browser would be? To limit distractions, or? And what about the possibility of adding a 'study mode' option to the current browser instead of building an entirely new one?

Your idea for a Study Browser for Students is an interesting one... But it seems more like something that could be done with a simple extension.

I'm not sure that is possible, but perhaps you could find someone to develop a Student Study Browser extension, which would give students the ability to turn on-and-off the features which you have suggested.

It could turn out to be very useful, particularly if it could access academic resources and helpers for references for papers.
