"open all bookmarks" can close a "new tab" (if the bookmarks-toolbar only shows on a "new tab")

The reason for this;

You'll end up with a "new tab" in between all the tabs every time you use "open all bookmarks" or middle-click the bookmark-folder.

Proposed solution;

When you click the "open all bookmarks" option when you right-click a bookmark-folder, can close the "new tab" in the browser, or be used as the first page of the list of bookmark-items (the preferred option), if the toolbar only shows on a "new tab".

Thoughts;

I realize it might seem like a small thing, but I can't shake the feeling, it's expected behavior.
