"Block Pop-Ups" option

Blocking and un-blocking pop-up windows is a constant thing for me, as I normally block them but often need to momentarily unblock.  Wending my way thru all the clicks to this option is annoying.  Could you make this feature a LOT more easily accessible in the drop-down menu with a single click?
