Proxy select on toolbar

A checkbox is needed that enables or disables the use of a proxy from the browser settings.

I initially desire that Firefox allow opening proxy setting dialog directly from toolbar, not via setting window. But this proposal also looks good.

(I tried several proxy-setting addons but did not work.)
