Provide option for secure DNS for Android

Hi Mozilla team. Just a reminder. I've told you earlier tha browser is lacking the option of providing secure DNS for Android version of Firefox. It is available on Desktop version. So, please try to add this feature asap. I'll and many users will be thankful to you for this.

In Android you can set DNS over TLS (DoT) system wide.
