Provide Firefox Developer Edition releases for linux-aarch64

I use a MacBook Pro M1 for my schoolwork on Fedora Asahi Remix - that's Linux! However, Firefox Developer Edition isn't available for `aarch64`/`arm64` Linux installations, and it's impossible to compile from source.

Please build Developer Edition binaries for `linux-aarch64` machines. It'd be great for the new wave of developers using Asahi Linux and would fill in a void that's existed for years. I appreciate your consideration.
