Preferences keyboard shortcut for Linux and Windows

On macOS, you can open the Preferences (about:preferences) using "Cmd + , (comma)". It'd be really nice to have the same shortcut, with "Ctrl + ," on Linux and Windows.

Also, thank you to everyone who contributes to this browser, it's an awesome software !

I am surprised that there is a whole section to custom my tabs and everything, just not for about:preferences. there does exist shortcut key for about:config (ctrl + L). At this point, I begin to realize that it is not there on purpose.
