PLEASE Notify user when Thunderbird can't synchronize mailbox!

I didn't receive new emails about few days and didn't know that Thunderbird doesn't synchronize mailbox. The problem was with certificate. And I saw popup "Add Security Exception" only when push button "Synchronize". It's not good when I doesn't receive emails at work!
