Please make it easier to edit the user spelling dictionary

I accidentally submitted a wrong spelling to my user dictionary and it took me a long time and some online research and discussion to find a solution. It would be much nicer to have a button I could push that presents the dictionary for me to edit. Thanks!

In general, the dictionary needs some attention. A dedicated page for it would be nice like an about:dictionary
