Please add the "start minimized" and "close minimize" options on Thunderbird Desktop

Hi, as the title says, please add the option in the app settings to "start minimized" and "close minimizes" options so we can add to the start up on Windows and the application doesn't run full screen every time I login into my desktop, it would be even better if you guys could add the option to the app to notify us of any new mail even if we don't manually open the app, but if that's not possible, at least adding the options mentioned before would allow us to do the startup shortcut. Thank you.

That can be set in the startup icon properties.

You mean clicking the X and/or TB menu > Exit?

Yes, and add the option to make Thunderbird's tray icon to always show as well. If they could do that, it would be great.
