Currently, the translation function of Firefox does not support Traditional Chinese, so I tried the Simplified Chinese translation model, and I feel that the translation model still needs to be improved.
As far as I know, Firefox's translation function is a kind of AI, I hope Firefox's translation function can support more languages, and I also hope to improve the experience of using the translation function.
I don't know much about AI, I just know that it takes data to build AI, so I'd like to see a platform like https://commonvoice.mozilla.org that allows people to contribute data to get better translation results.

Here's the UI/UX I'm thinking of for the contribute translation platform, I hope it can give you some inspiration:

1. This is the screen without the source (the original text), if you click on "Write some sentences!", you will go to a page similar to https://commonvoice.mozilla.org/write.1.png

2, 3. Now that you have the original text, you can ❶click on it to view it, and ❷translate it for you.2.png3.png

4. After you have entered the translation, ❸tick which language the translation can be used in, ❹and make a segmentation for it.4.png

5. This is the screen that appears when you click the + button under "Segmentation".5.png

6. The platform will automatically sub-section the string for the translator first, and the translator can edit it, ❺❻just drag and drop with the left mouse button to adjust the range of the segmentation.6.png

7. To add a corresponding section, simply select the text. ❼Select the original text first, ❽then select the translation, ❾and it will automatically associate them. 7.png

8. When editing is finished, ❿press ✓ to save and leave the segmentation mode.8.png

9. Finish a string of translated data.9.png

10, 11. A string may be understood in different ways, so an original text can have several translations in the same language, and each translation can have several types of segmentation.

12. when in segmentation mode, cursor hover the text will show its association (I conceived this interface because I thought that associated data would improve the quality of the translation, but if this is not realistic, forget I mentioned it).12.png

13. Interface in another language (in this case, Traditional Chinese).13.png

Note: The options under "Available" (should I use "Usable for" ?) can be changed by all translators, so that in case a translator ignores an option, other translators can help to fix it.
