pinned tabs overflow

I have a lot of pinned tabs, which is a great feature by the way.  After about 30 pinned tabs, I can no longer see the other tabs at the top of the window, so I thought it might be a great feature to

1.  decrease the size of the pinned tab icon by about 20%.

2.  allow the pinned tabs to go into a second row below the top row.  Not in a drop down menu though, because that would defeat the purpose of having quick access to a pinned tab.
