In recent versions of Firefox, the Picture-in-Picture (PiP) window now shows the full overlay (play/pause, timeline, volume) whenever seeking with the ← or → arrow keys.

Previously, the overlay only appeared when moving the mouse, not when seeking via keyboard. This new behavior is distracting, since the overlay now pops up frequently while watching content.

Please restore the previous behavior (overlay only appears on mouse moves) or provide a toggle in Settings/about:config so users can choose whether PiP overlay appears when seeking with keyboard shortcuts.

This would maintain accessibility for those who rely on the overlay, while letting other users enjoy an uninterrupted viewing experience.
