I suggest permanently placing the 'Go to' button in the browser toolbar, to the right of the 'Refresh' button where there is still a lot of empty space. This is because in certain situations we need the 'Go to' button, but it often does not exist. For example, when the page has finished loading but there are some minor loading errors, clicking the 'Go to' button is faster than clicking the 'Refresh' button because clicking 'Go to' only reloads the parts that have not finished loading. This is particularly noticeable in some slower network environments. Additionally, there are many other scenarios where the 'Go to' button is needed.
