Per-Window Sidebar/Vetical Tab Position, for Multi-Monitor Setups

If you use multiple monitors and want to use vertical tabs, you will run into an issue where one window has its tabs between two monitors, and the other is correctly off to the side. I can't set tabs to be on the far side of each monitor because the settings are global. 

Ideally, I want independent settings for each window to allow, for example:
Left monitor: vertical tabs aligned left.
Middle monitor: regular top tabs.
Right monitor: vertical tabs aligned right.

The middle of two monitors is prime eyeball real estate, and I can't be having the sidebar sit there, please and thank you!
