Hello Mozilla Team,

First of all, thank you for the excellent work on Firefox and its built-in PDF viewer.
I would like to suggest two navigation improvements that could significantly enhance usability, especially for users who frequently review technical documents, drawings, manuals, and large PDF files.

Proposed Features

1. Pan with the left mouse button
- Allow users to click and drag with the left mouse button to pan the document when no text is selected.
- This would provide a more natural navigation experience, similar to many CAD, image-editing, and document-viewing applications.

2. Zoom with right mouse button + mouse wheel
- When the right mouse button is held down, the mouse wheel could control zoom in/out.
- This would allow users to navigate and zoom entirely with the mouse, without needing keyboard shortcuts.

Benefits

- Faster navigation in large documents.
- Improved usability on systems without easy keyboard access.
- More efficient review of technical drawings, schematics, maps, and engineering documentation.
- A complete mouse-only workflow for PDF navigation.

Many professional applications already provide similar navigation paradigms, and bringing them to Firefox's PDF viewer would greatly improve productivity for power users.

Thank you for considering this suggestion.
