PDF page up down

When viewing PDF document and pressing Page up or Page Down, PDF scrolls entire page.

It would be nicer if at least one or two lines would be still visible as it was before pressing Page Up or Down.

Something like web pages. Edge does it for pdf also. Mozilla could also. Thank you
