PDF highlighting - Adding an optional highlighter that is automatically straight

I love the option of highlighting a PDF but it could use some improvement.

Adding an optional highlighter that is automatically straight (like it has been done with a ruler) without needing to rely on recognizable text would be very useful.

Also, it would be nice to have an ability to minimize the highlighter tool window whilst reading through and highlighting text.

This is a great idea. I think the highlighter tool should function like it does in Adobe Acrobat Pro, namely highlighting text in particular.
