Hi there. I really like the new PDF reader. It's almost everything I want. The one feature I didn't see, which I find so useful in my work, is the ability to easily break up documents. This is a feature of Preview on the Mac, which allows you to drag pages from the thumbnails list onto the desktop to create a new document. The only other PDF reader out there that seems to have this feature without paying for it is Wondershare.

this would a killer feature... i would download firefox just for this feature on windows.
This was actually the first thing I attempted to do.

i work as a tax preparer full time, and the ability to organize and add pages in pdfs is hands down the most important feature in my day-to-day. And it's the only reason I still use adobe. I just need firefox to add this as a feature and I'm done with adobe for good.

I too would love to see an insert/delete page function

E.g. if you have a manual with multiple languages (lots of pages), and you want to save just your native language pages into a new manual.

I'm currently using the Save to PDF printing feature, but not sure if it's the same thing, i.e., cropping pages from the original pdf. I have no idea how the Save to PDF works under the hood. Text find seems to work in the new pdf file, so I guess it's at least close enough.

Would be easier/faster to have the page range selector (e.g. 1, 3, 5-32) directly in the file save dialog.

Bumping these because students and employees worldwide are forced to perform this function and pay hundreds of dollars for extensive pdf editing suites when all they need is the ability to combine pages.

The functionality to split PDFs and reorganize pages (delete, copy, cut) is shipping in Firefox 150!

The functionality to merge PDFs is in development and on track to be shipping in Firefox 152.

Add Merge capabilities to Firefox PDF Editor

Hi all,

Thank you to the Firefox team for improving the PDF editor functions.

The functionalities that are still missing are the options to merge two or more separate PDF files, as well as copy-pasting pages from one PDF file to another (with both files opened in Firefox).

Thanks for considering this idea.
