Password Manager Fox

Can Mozilla develop a stand-alone, independent, and secure.... password/#passkey manager. One that works with (but not integrated with) Firefox. This makes alot of sense since Mozilla prides itself as the privacy first company.

Do you mean a password manager app separate from Firefox? It would be very convenient for recording passwords for apps on different devices as well, rather than just websites, and obviously it could synchronise passwords with the browser. As Firefox already has a VPN, this could help it compete with other providers offering password managers
