I've always been concerned about the way in which Firefox manages users passwords. Two issues are most prominent:
1. Passwords cannot be stored on user devices, only within the Firefox system.
2. Firefox prevents users from easily copying their own passwords lists for safekeeping.
These two issues have caused me a great deal of wasted time and frustration in the past and I'm sure other users have the same opinion. This needs to be addressed. These passwords belong to the users, not Firefox.
