Pass Through the YouTube "skip" Button to the Picture-in-Picture pop-out.

It's very annoying to have to click back over to the tab that YouTube is playing in to "skip" ads when there's a skip button, rather than being able to click the button in the popped-out picture-in-picture video window/overlay. 

Would be nice if the popped out video included the skip button when it shows up, so one can click it and resume the video, without having to switch tabs to do it while working in a different tab, or having the pip window/box occasionally disappear sometimes when it switches from one ad to another.
