Options to NOT fill the sender field automatically

Hello, I am writing to you because I would like to have an option available so the From field won't be automatically filled. I use 4 different mailboxes, and when i want to write a new mail, the From field is automatically filled with the current open mailbox. Problem is that I don't pay attention on which mailbox is open at that moment and i see often later that it has been sent from a wrong mailbox.

Could you add this option please
