Option to sort out about:config changes by date

Sometimes, in the day to day labour that is using about:config, you lose track of the changes you made.

It would be helpful if there was a way to sort the changes made by date.

it would also be GREAT if about:config was better sorted. As is, the menu obviously tries to discourage users from disabling AI, as few users will go the trouble of manually disabling a dozen something.something.ml.something options. Frequently requested features like "disable all AI garbage" should be an easy to reach button, not a list of a dozen menu entries.
