Hello Firefox Team,

I'd like to suggest adding a preference/setting to prevent bookmark folders from closing automatically when a bookmark is opened using the middle mouse button (mouse wheel click).

Currently, when I middle-click a bookmark inside a folder on the bookmarks toolbar, Firefox:

  • Opens the link in a new tab ,

  • But then closes the folder popup immediately (inconvenient when I want to open multiple bookmarks quickly).

This small change would greatly improve productivity for users who regularly work with organized bookmark folders.

Thanks for considering!
