Option to completely disable the Account Central page (Welcome screen)

Please add a simple checkbox in the settings to completely disable the Account Central / Welcome page when clicking on an email account name in the folder pane. Many users just want a clean, blank area instead of being forced to look at account setup guides, import tools, or donation banners after everything is already configured.
