Option to completely disable history-based shortcuts on Mobile New Tab (Static Speed Dial)

Currently, Firefox for Android automatically pulls visited websites from history into the Shortcuts section on the home screen if there are empty slots. To prevent random history items from cluttering the main screen, users are forced to manually pin enough items to fill the grid, or constantly clear history/remove tiles manually. This creates unnecessary friction and hurts visual privacy (opening a browser in public can reveal recently visited pages).
