Optimization for auto-launch in Thunderbird

Now using system register to auto start thunderbird when restart always opens the window when launch. I would like that thunderbird auto-launch silently because I just want to keep a link in background to get mail notification in time and don't require thunderbird directly open the window.

There is a checkbox in settings "When Thunderbird is minimized, move it to the tray".
