Open new window on the monitor where Firefox in Dock was right clicked

As many of us, I'm working on Mac with multi screen setup. And there is a small problem with it.

It comes very annoying when Firefox opens new window on wrong screen. Especially if display is turned off, it looks like nothing happened.

What I propose is:
1. to open new window on the screen where dock icon or menu File>New Window was clicked. But not on the one where is already another window. And not on the one which is turned off at the moment.

or if it's to hard to implement, it can just remember on which display last window was closed and open new window on same display.
