Open HTML links in a new Chrome window, not a new tab in the last Chrome window that had focus.

Hi!

Currently, when I click a link in an email in TB, the link is opened in a new Tab in the last Chrome window that had focus.  I tend to have 5 or more Chrome windows open, each with 5 or more Tabs opened, across 3 monitors.  This makes it somewhat random as to which Chrome window will be surfaced for the new tab.

I'd like to have TB open a new Chrome window, not a tab.  I'd like that new Chrome window opened in the center of my main monitor at a specific size.  This way I don't have to hunt for the newly opened page, and then drag it to my main monitor and sometimes have to resize it.
