Open an email from a conversation without expanding the conversation

Ouvrir un mail d'une conversation sans développer la conversation

Bonjour,

Lorsque je reçois une réponse à un fil de mails, si je suis en vue conversation et que la conversation est repliée, je dois d'abord la développer puis cliquer sur le mail pour pouvoir le visualiser.

J'aimerais qu'on puisse visualiser le dernier mail d'une conversation, juste en cliquant sur la conversation repliée. Gain de temps et de clarté d'affichage !

Good morning, When I receive a response to an email thread, if I am in conversation view and the conversation is collapsed, I must first expand it then click on the email to be able to view it. I would like us to be able to view the last email of a conversation, just by clicking on the collapsed conversation. Saving time and display clarity! THANKS.

In addition, it would be great to be able to display all "related messages" (by message ID) in the conversation, i.e., also from different folders including the ones I send myself.
