notifications valid until dismissed

Despite the fact that the notifications are displayed in the Windows 10 notification panel, after a while they are no longer valid, that is, although they are still in the panel to be able to click on them, they do not take you anywhere, as if they no longer work

It would be nice if they were available at any time so that the user could use them in case they were not present at the time they appeared, like in other browsers.
