When a website requests access to the user's location, Firefox displays a permission prompt that interrupts the browsing experience and requires immediate attention.

The only way to avoid this intrusive pop-up is to disable geolocation globally.

Would it be possible to display a small, noticeable but ignorable icon whenever a website requests geolocation, indicating that a location request has been made? This icon could be clicked to change the default permission setting, or simply ignored without interrupting browsing.

@p1sid type about:preferences#permissionsData in the URL bar, then press ENTER

Click "Location"

Click "Block new requests asking to access your location" and then you won't see those prompts
