Non-English Wowels Bug in Attachment Names

Thank you for all your great work maintaining Thunderbird! I use Thunderbird as part of my Ubuntu desktop environment. When I send an attachment from my desktop Thunderbird (like .pdf), and the attachment contains some non-English wowels (like á, é, ä, often used by French and German language as well), the attachment name arrives with "_" characters on the place of the wowels, like "__l_srend_2026j_nius.pdf" It means I have to send the attachment to my mobile email app first, downloading and correcting the attachment name on my mobile and sending the file again from my mobile email app. Could you please fix this bug?
