New tabs spawned from muted tabs should be muted by default

If you have muted a tab, new tabs spawned from it, either by CTRL+clicking or right clicking and choosing "Open Link in New Tab" should be muted by default, as opposed to having to manually mute the new tabs before switching to them or risk playing audio.
