new HTTP request functionality

When you create or recreate an HTTP request in the network tab, you cannot modify some of the headers or the cookies associated with the request.

Separately, you cannot send data to connected web-sockets.

I think we should be able to modify every header, and cookie. Also being able to interact and modify web-sockets.
