Navigating away from Firefox View (recent browsing)

When you choose to view Firefox View it is annoying that to close Firefox View you need to select a tab (or something like the Home button) to exit Firefox View. Often these elements (tabs and home button) are on the opposite side of the browser (Firefox View top right, tabs left to right if top or often vertical tabs on the left). 

It would be so useful to exit Firefox View to just click on the Firefox View icon to exit - like a switch, when its selected the icon is highlighted differently already to signify its selection (on) and clicking on it should turn it off.
