Natural AI read aloud (TTS) for PDFs and websites

This feature is inspired from Edge. I'm a student, and I learn better with an audio-visual medium, so it really helps engage me.

We should get text-to-speech for our websites and PDFs to better listen to them on-the-go, for students with disabilities, or just fans like me! 😉

Edge has its own Azure voices that work without an API, and I don't sense the Mozilla team will devote resources to building their own voices, so maybe a collaboration would be best? Please, we should also make them sound natural.

Please add this to the browser! Let's make it more awesome than before.

Absolutely agree! A natural voice for text to speech will be great. I am now using edge much more than ever before only because of this.
